I have and the MAN who did it was probably drunk!
He thought it was funny and a good joke, But I surpose it was qwite a good joke!

when I used to live in Bangalore (in India)....my friends and I used to sit by the upper level windows of the double-decker bus that plied on our route home.
That's not all, because we had filled up our water bottles and we kept taking mouthfuls and spitting it on the pedestrians, cyclists, and ppl who drove motorbikes, all far below us and unable to get back at us!!!!!!!!! It was tooooooo much fun.

No, but went clubbing in Brighton last year and this guy weed out of a third floor window straight onto two girls that were walking in front of me. I missed it by seconds!!!!! Quite funny to see, but not funny for the girls it happened to. I would have been fuming.

No, though some little sh1t threw a Maccy D milkshake at me from a moving car when I was walking along. I wasn't best pleased.

yeah i have, but i dnt find it too funny, neither did the bloke when i handcuffed him 2 his bed. me n my mates had a good laugh though!!
