why is it that christians assume satan is the bad guy when he was following orders given to him by Jehova? it says in the bible that satan was just following orders. also, jehova according to the bible did things bad nasty things BY HIMSELF WITH NO HELP FROM SATAN!!!

The Scriptures teach quite plainly that Satan is the enemy of God and mankind.
(John 8:44) YOU are from YOUR father the Devil, and YOU wish to do the desires of YOUR father. That one was a manslayer when he began, and he did not stand fast in the truth, because truth is not in him. When he speaks the lie, he speaks according to his own disposition, because he is a liar and the father of [the lie].
(2 Corinthians 4:4) the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers
(James 4:7) Subject yourselves, therefore, to God; but oppose the Devil, and he will flee from YOU.

Ok.... you are not as educated as you put yourself out to be. If you were, you would know that Satan and those angels who agreed with him; that God shouldn't be the one is control. He wanted to be greater than he. Satan will sugar coat things to make you believe in what you think is right, not what God wants for you. He is our Creater, not Satan. That's like someone else trying to explain your invention. Satan IS here he's putting this nonscence in your head, you just have to realize you cannot save yourself from the wrongs in your life that separates you from the perfect Love that God has. Jesus died for your wrongs and now he's alive; for he was the only perfect man that was worthy enough to pay for your wrongs so you can have a relationship with God. How awesome is that. There's nobody in this world that would care for you like that or is perfect enough to pay for all the wrongs which separates you from God.
Fix your eyes not on what is seen, but what is unseen, for what is seen is only temporary and what is unseen is forever. 2 Corinthians 4:18
He is the master of all deceivers. REMEMBER that. He doesn't care for you or anyone. All he cares is that he doesn't want anyone to know the truth of God's Love and his wonderful plan for us. In the end there is no denying. Life on earth is just a test....just think about it. So learn now, and not before it's too late. If we go to heaven when we die why, would God want us there if we cursed him, and denied his exsistance, and etc. God gives grace to those who believe without having to see him. satan does defend himself by corrupting the thoughts of others, we dont necissarily "bash" satan, we literally try to keep as far away from him as possible. even if he was just following orders, which he was not, that does not explain the constant evil he puts in our world today, he wants as many of us to go to hell with him as he can get, because he knows that he is ultimatlly going to lose. In addition, God has his reasons for all the things he has done, you can not compare the desroying of evil people with all of the evil and corruption satan has wrought on us all. Gods reasons are His own, we all fall shor of his glory, we are all sinners, yet he loves us all, good and bad, just like any Father would love their offspring unconditionally. that doesnt mean he will take away our free will, he will let us fall in hopes that we learn, and come back to Him.

my friend Satan is all around us. He makes the world do the evil that it does. We are defending ourselves against an adversary that we are born heeding too, that the world says we must. we have a harder time. trust me Satan needs no help.
God has never sinned. All of God's actions are perfect and preordained. have a good day.

what Lucifer(Satan) did to get himself in trouble was become greedy, and he wanted to take over Heaven.
God didn't like it and cast Lucifer and 1/3 of the angels to Earth(where Satan is here to defend himself, but he is so vain he doesn't really want to deal with mortal humans...except to trick them). If Lucifer wasn't so Emo, ans asked God's forgiveness for the things he did in the past, god would forgive even him, but Lucifer couldn't live with himself if that was to happen, hence the old war continues...

There has to be someone to blame for bad things that happen. They can't/won't blame it on God, so Satan is a handy target.
