Are you sure you want them back? Some viruses are disguised to look like important sounding files. Try doing a Google search for the exact file names, then decide if you want them. Google should also give you links to the creators of the files for additional help.

You can get the first file from here, but the other one seems to be connected to a program by Computer Associates, so if you have the CD concerned, you can look for the file in there - or re-install the whole thing. It looks to be linked to the anti-virus plug-in.

run sfc /scannow if using Win XP
If using anyother version of Windows then run sfc on Start, Run
It will scan for all missing or corrupted system files & will prompt you to reinstall them from the windows installation disk.
