1 plum tomato, diced
2 tablespoons diced red onion
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped, plus sprigs for garnish
2 (15-ounce) cans black beans, drained
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons hot sauce
Salt
Tortilla chips, for dipping
Place the tomato, onion and cilantro into the bowl of a food processor and pulse until well chopped. Add the black beans, cumin, hot sauce and salt, to taste, and pulse until the mixture is mostly smooth. Scrape into a decorative bowl and garnish with cilantro sprigs. Serve with tortilla chips.

Mexican Bean Dip
Ingredients

4 Slices Bacon, Small Pieces
31 oz Pork & Beans In Tomato Sauce
1/2 c Shredded Sharp Cheddar
1 ts Garlic Salt
1 ts Chili Powder
1/2 ts Salt
2 ts Vinegar
2 ts Worcestershire Sauce
Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
Place bacon pieces in a 1-1/2 quart glass casserole. Microwave 3-4 minutes or until crisp. Remove bacon and set aside. Place beans in blender and blend until smooth; pour into bacon drippings. Stir in remaining ingredients except bacon. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap. Microwave for 7-8 minutes or until mixture is hot in center. Sprinkle top with bacon pieces.

~This is my absolute favorite way to make bean dip, and it's simple!~
1 can of Taco Bell refried beans (from the grocery store)
Mozerella cheese shredded
Get a glass microwavable bowl. Laying beans, then cheese, then beans, then cheese, etc. til you get to the top. Then microwave on high for 1 minute intervals, stirring in between, until mixture is fully melted. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!!

Get a can of refried beans,taco bell brand is the best,add grated cheese and alittle chili powder to taste and microwave,taste great.Or you could go to Betty Crocker.com they have great recipes somewhat similar.

OK this is the best!
A can of refried beans, can of chopped green chilies, taco seasoning not the whole package, cream cheese, Monterrey jack cheese, mix together bake until bubbly and dig in. Sorry I don't have the exact amounts, I make it up as I go when I make it at home.

try my friends recipe for bean dip..
one can of pinto beans with jal. and put it in a blender and go as much as you want.. including the thickness of it and then there you have bean dip.
also you can sprinkle some cheese on it when you get it out of the blender.. also make bean burritos with it too.. also you can mix in some hot sauce with your bean dip to give it a zig.. :D
