Whenever I excersise I just stop n it aint even 10 minutes cuz I get bored easily whatshuld I do tomake it fun?

I used to hate excising until I started going to this gym and there had classes.... The classes they have are great you have a instructor teaching you how to do it the efficient way, also you have the same people attending it. Then people start telling you wow you lost weight, it makes you feel great and continue going.

Visit my blog (address below). I have several tips there to keep exercise interesting. The most important thing is that you need to find activities that you find enjoyable. Exercise should be fun, not a chore. If it is a chore, you won't sustain it.

Do something you enjoy! a personal trainer is a good form of exercise as they know what is a good exercise and you can choose and make it fun. Open exercise classes are fun as well however, these are usually planned.

Listen to music!! Thats what I do and it helps so much! Also if you are doing cardio machine read a magazine.

try fat burning yoga. its great. i love the DVD with Sara Ivanhoe teaching.
