well to me a classy lady is a woman that knows how to conduct her self,everywhere she goes she draws attention,by her ability to join conversations and have good manners, talking manners table manners it really have nothing to do with money.... a lots people believe that to have class you need to have money and that is not true..... class is something that you have not something that you buy...

To me, classy means having poise, intelligence, manners, style. Don't need to have a lot of money to be classy.

any woman can be classy...all they need to do in order to be classy is know when and when not to act like a freak...we men claim to want classy women but most of us don't know what to do when we find one anyway...

A virtuous woman, with no call for gossip nor cattiness and lies. A woman who can hold her head high, gentle of speech and touch. A woman who dresses well, walks with poise and a smile for everyone. But...I am rather old...it certainly might mean something else entirely now.

She has integrity..knows whats right and stand by her morals...won't give in to cheesy one liners but when she recognizes her equal or a challenge doesn't hesitate to acknowledge their advances...the lady has Class...and knows how to enjoy life's precious moments.
