But that would give the game away, wouldn't it?
To he who has it shall be given and from he who has not will be taken even that that he seems to have (Matthew 13:12).
For most will see and hear and not understand (Matthew 13:13-14, Isaiah 6:9-10).
How long will this blindness of the majority continue?
"...until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses without man, and the land be utterly desolate" (Isaiah 6:11).

He does, and He once made a statement when one of his disciples didn't believe that he was risen that blessed are those who believe without seeing. We have history to tell us and we have the prophesys in the Bible which are even been fulfilled before he comes a second time to tell us that his word is true and he is real. If we seek him we will find him he says. Just believe and he will reveal himself to you, you have to believe when he reveals himself to you or else you might not believe when he does. I always say that if you don't believe in God and you are right nothing happens but if you are wrong you are in trouble - its better to believe in him and follow him and in the end if he doesn't exist you have nothing to loose either way. Follow God because he loves you and how would you feel if you had a child but you got separated from them because of some calamity but they grew up to believe that you didn't exist? Sin separated us from God he died to bridge the gap but there is still a gap and it will be only removed fully when he comes a second time.

Faith in God—Should It Call for a Miracle?
Why Miracles Alone Do Not Build Faith
Faith is more than mere belief. It is also more than a momentary emotional reaction to some miracle. Says Hebrews 11:1: “Faith is the assured expectation of things hoped for, the evident demonstration of realities though not beheld.” An individual having faith is convinced in his heart that everything Jehovah God promises is as good as fulfilled. Moreover, the undeniable proof of unseen realities is so powerful that faith itself is said to be equivalent to that evidence. Yes, faith is based on evidence. And in times past, miracles played a role in the development of faith or the building of it. The signs performed by Jesus served to convince others that he was the promised Messiah. (Matthew 8:16.
Accordingly, the apostle Paul wrote: “Whether there are gifts of prophesying, they will be done away with; whether there are tongues, they will cease.” (1 Corinthians 13:8) These gifts evidently ceased with the death of the apostles and those who had received such gifts by means of them.
Would people then be left without a basis for faith? No, for Paul said: “[God] did not leave himself without witness in that he did good, giving you rains from heaven and fruitful seasons, filling your hearts to the full with food and good cheer.” (Acts 14:17) Indeed, to honesthearted ones who are willing to open their minds and hearts to the evidence that surrounds us, Jehovah God’s “invisible qualities are clearly seen from the world’s creation onward, because they are perceived by the things made, even his eternal power and Godship, so that they [those who deny God] are inexcusable.”—Romans 1:20.
The Scriptures urge: “Search for Jehovah, you people, while he may be found. Call to him while he proves to be near.” (Isaiah 55:6.) You can do this, not by awaiting a modern-day miracle from God, but by gaining accurate knowledge of his Word. This is a necessity, for miracles alone do not build faith.

Because today,he has provided us with His Holy Word, the Bible.Everything we need to know about how we should live our lives is contained in the Holy Scriptures. It is our instruction manual,so to speak.
Christianity was very new in the first century,so Jehovah had to show that this new religion that replaced the Mosaic Law had His backing.

He has let us know but the world rejects Him every time because Satan can't stand to see people believe in God or Jesus because that just means Satan will have less people to torture and destroy in the bowels of hell so he tries to make peoples minds reject God and he is succeding which is not very good for those He is succeding in.

I think you should read the bible. God sent Jesus a piece of himself to prove to all man that god was the true way to eternal life and happiness.... Jesus preformed many miracles (healing the sick making the blind see so on) and even with all the things Jesus did in the name of god for man to believe in him what happened jesus was crucified it just proves that there is no way to prove to man that god is the true creater of lfe and since we have free will no matter what he does he cant make us believe in him........ that is where faith come in people that believe in god on a basis of fatih and not seeing him are the true listeners and believers of god because they didnt need any prof that he exsisted they just went on his word in the bible.....

it is possible for anyone to hear, see Him and be part on the Lord pastimes. First we need to get rid of our material identification, ie our body and mind. When we reach our spiritual soul, we are able to meet Him face to face all the time.

God did let me know, when I wasn't looking for him. Now he talks to me in many ways, usually through other people in words and pictures, sometimes through scripture, and often in answered prayer (personal prayer but also healing, he has used me to heal 2 people.)
