Yahoo has tech support??? When did that happen?
Seriously, getting tech support from those yahoos is near impossible. Their phone numbers seem to change daily and trying to get a response from Mujibar in some remote village in India is also slow.
But you can try clicking the "help" icon on any Yahoo page and follow the prompts.

The Customer service number is 408-349-1572, but please be advised that any free services (mail, messenger, etc.) are not supported over the phone.

Search your questions there and if you are unable to resolve your issue, they will provide a way for you to contact Yahoo!. The numbers and email are different, depending what kind of problems you are having.
