This section has a lot of trolls. There are a lot of atheist troll basically answers every question with there is no God. The theist troll basically answers every question with I am praying you come to have faith and conform to my believe.
I have noticed there is a good core group of theists and agnostics and atheists who try and read and give good answers. I usually disregard the trolls on this site now.
Does anyone else notice this, and just wish we could have like a conversation amougst the 40 of us without the trolls from both sides cluttering up our questions and other people who ask good questions when we scroll through the answers?

YA is not a forum. You cannot have a conversation here. It is a way to find information one cannot find with a trivial web search, either (usually) because of poor search skills, or (rarely) because it is really hard to find.
YA is also nice for opinion fishing in open-ended questions, but only for the questions which are on the verge of trolling. You post something like "why do you think god really exists", "why drugs are bad", "should same-sex marriage be allowed or banned and why", etc. Then you read all this rant and have fun. But personally I'd better watch the next Troma movie. It would be much more deep and intelligent.
If you want to have a thoughtful discussion of open-ended questions without trolling, I think you have chosen the wrong site.

Answers are for people to post their own opinions. You ask a question, you're gonna get every opinion available. When it comes to religion, there's alot of people who feel strongly about their beliefs or lack there of. You're in a catagory where there's plenty room for debate. If you want to avoid the more opinionated people, go to a section where it's less visited. Or here's another idea....if you don't like what people have to say on either side, stop coming to this site.

It's not the stupid answers to legitimate questions that bother me so much as the stupid questions cluttering the list.
"And God said, 'Let there be cyberspace,' and the trolls came forth to rant, insult and pollute all that was otherwise good. Amen."
Addendum: And I'll agree with BluueNikki -- better to have trolls and ignore them than to have nothing.

Sans the trolls? I would love it......but freedom of speech would have to play a hand in there, Darwin. I would rather the trolls be annoying.
Like you, I don't listen to my fellow "atheists" (if they are actually atheists) when they do the snippy one-liners. They embarrass me sometimes. I also ignore the snippy trolling theist one-liners too. Brush 'em off. :-)

I can't really answer that objectively, because I'm sure I've been trollish before, but I think it would be nice if the intelligence level would raise a bit! And if more people had a sense of humor. And...
Well, you get the point.
I like coming here, it entertains me, and sometimes I learn something new.

GOD made us Social Creature's and we really do, as Human's like to hang-out together!!!!! (like mind's with like mind's!!!) which is Great!!! Bird's of a feather, flock together!!!!!! It's True.!!! I think what happen's over time, is the people who would like to get into deeper thought's want to hang-out.
Did you know that if you were from one Tribe of Israel, you might not get along too well with somebody from another Tribe??? I think it has to do with our DNA, and how we were raised(Custom's) and geographically etc.

There does seem to be a lot of antagonizers on both sides.
