I was once in this situation. I got to know both guys personally (not sexually) and found out somethings that I didn't approve of that the one did. Only time and the heart will tell. Don't jump into anything just yet because since they are your friends, say it didn't work out between the two of you, most likefully, you wouldn't be friends anymore. God bless.
