I eat like a girl. Little food and i am full. This is certainly undesirable. I want to eat lots of food so I can get more flesh and add some pounds.
I used to work too hard and had very little time to eat even when I am hungry. Seems my body has got used to no food. So what can i do to restore my apitite.

Your stomach has shrunk due to low food intake - therefore you will need to enlarge it again. Eat more often, enlarging your portions by 1/8 - you must drink plenty of water and by all means, exercise. Get a good physical.

Eat more often. Keep snacks in handy places (desk drawer, purse, etc.) and stop to eat. You don't have to force yourself to eat, but just take some time.

If you still don't feel hungry and find yourself not wanting to eat, maybe a supplement store (like GNC) will have something you can add to a drink to help you add some calories to you. You could also try to drink Ensure with your meal instead of milk/water. They are made for such situations.

There are also things you can simply sprinkle on your food that will give you added calories/nutrients that may add some "bulk" to your bones. Go to a nutrition store and speak to someone there. Or speak to someone at a health club. Either place, they will have something to offer you. Good luck!!

Exercizing will help induce hunger. Eat smaller meals 4-6 times daily.

try a lot of water and salad, try yoga and jogging
