Can you find sheets, if so, I have in the past made curtains from the sheets.

there's lots of people who will custom make curtains for you on ebay. try looking for ebay stores of people who have curtains/valances.....usually on their page they will state if they do custom work, if it doesn't say anything just click "contact member" and ask them. ps----before you get into a contract with them be sure to check their feedback......
