It can be a choir, orchestra, band, or even something smaller like a quartet or some kind. Even if you're in a trio, someone is directing in one form or another because they have to begin and end together and sometimes the tempo (speed) so they choose someone to indicate this.

I'd say they were an orchestra.
On the other hand, many bands having managers, attorneys and other business people directing them and they're still called musicians.

There isn't a name - it's just not chmaber music. Though even some chamber music can be directed.

well it depends on the instrumentation (yes this includes vocalists!) but a term to encompass all possible combinations is an ensemble
