Stuff like that has to come for within. You just telling her that she is not fat is a good start but she herself has to believe it and not listen to her cousin.

You can't. If a woman has issues about her weight, no amount of reassuring her is going to change her mind. All you can do is make sure she feels good when she's with you. That's what's important. If she feels good around you, and feels comfortable with you, there may come a time when her weight isn't so much of an issue...WITH YOU. But, you can't change the way a woman sees herself. Only she can.

Compliment her. I personally only date big women and must tell you, it is one of the hardest things to do. You have a lot of hard work ahead of you. Let her know that regardless of what anyone thinks, you think she is beautiful. Let her know that you are physically attracted to her and take it as an insult when she says you are lying. Most importantly, SHOW her you mean. Eyes on her always. Slight, non-sexual contact frequently......you can do it but it is not easy. I know!

The trick with girls is that they can not hear good things enough. You will have to keep telling her that she is not fat that she is beautiful and she is sexy. Tell her you love ther ***. And she has a beautiful smile. Just remember after you say that she is going to say no I'm not I'm fat. Why? because she wants to hear it again. if you really like her just keep saying it and she will be yours.

Maybe if some boys say they really like her but too.
Maybe you can't convince women that they are NOT fat. Maybe all girls and women think they are fat. Maybe get stats on average and show that anything near average is not fat.

Honestly you can encourage her all you want but she has to build up her self esteem herself. Continue to encourage her thats a first step, but this is something she has to work on herself (love herself) before she can allow someone else to love her. Keep doing what you are doing maybe she will come around.

You tell her that you like her and that her cousin is a liar. If she refuses to believe you, then you tell her there's nothing that you can do to force her to believe her. There's a helluva lot of media pressures to be super thin. Everyone needs to be more realistic about that.

Complement her and tell her how nice she looks. Get her self-esteem up.
