Caffeine is a diuretic and will make you urinate. Not sure why it causes the cramps though but it must also be the caffeine because chocolate does it to me, too.

Well, it makes you pee cause it's liquid. And the other, is because it's hot, for one, and maybe it has something to do with the beans it's made from. That's the best I can do for ya.

It makes you defecate more because of the excess caffeine. It makes you piss more b/ your cannot break down the excess chemicals, so it passes right thru you.
