CHOCOLATE BANANA PROTEIN SHAKE
8 ounces chocolate frozen low-fat or non-fat yogurt
1/2 ripe banana, peeled and frozen
1 tablespoon protein powder
1/2 cup non-fat dry milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place the frozen yogurt, banana, protein powder,
dry milk and vanilla in a blender. Process for 1 minute or until completely smooth.
CHOCOLATE BANANA PROTEIN SHAKE
(vegan version)
1 - 1 1/2 tablespoon cocoa
1 ripe banana, mashed
3-4 ice cubes
protein powder
splash of soymilk (Silk Vanilla Soy Milk)
Blend all ingredients in a blender until thick. Add more banana to thicken if needed.

1 cup cold milk
1 ripe banana, mashed
2 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Blend all ingredients in a blender until thick and frothy.

Your best bet is to get a chocolate protein shake mix from the health food store like Met-Rx, mix it as instructed in the blender with water...not milk and add a banana. You'll probably need extra water because Met-Rx is very, very thick. Not only will you get protein, but also many other vitamins and minerals, in some cases your whole allotment for the day.

I don't think its possible. A shake is in its nature made with ice cream. Thick drinks that arent are almost always smoothies.
The only other one would be a lassi. Take 2 tubs of plain yoguurt, half a couple of chocolate milk and put in a blender add one banana and puree. Then add a pinch of salt.
