I need help working with PIFA antennas?

How do you make the bandwidth wider but keep the resignating frequency the same???

An antenna with thick elements has a lower Q, and hence wider bandwidth, than one with thin elements.

There are also other techniques which can increase bandwdth. I suggest you search on Google.
