It can be written heppy if it is in the form of dialogue and the person speaking has an accent (ie from Poland). But then, the speaker would talk like, "Vhy are you no heppy?" because usually, they are not 100% fluent in English. Generally speaking, though, heppy is not a word (and neither is lol), lol!
