I have a sharp abdominal pain in my lower left side when I stand up sometimes, especially if I stand up too quickly. Sometimes I have to stop and sort of hunch over until it goes away. It usually only takes a few seconds. Does anyone know what this could be?

It could be a hernia or something like that. Or it could just be muscle pain. I would see your doctor to make sure that there is nothing serious going on.
