There are a variety of methods to ensure that your husband takes your wrath seriously.
1. Withhold sex
2. Go shopping
3. Invite your mother over for an extended visit
4. go out for the night, leave out a can of Chef Boy R Dee and "loose" the can opener.
5. Throw out the beer
6. learn how to set the parental controls on the TV to block "SportsCenter"
...just kidding. Look, you're all angry, you feel like it's the worst thing in the world, and he has the nerve to LAUGH IN YOUR FACE??? Well....sometimes it's just funny! Kiss, make up, move on!

Funny. In Australia, pissed means drunk. So, the question is are you laughing at her because she's drunk or laughing with her because she said something funny as she is drunk...
If she is angry, and you laugh, she may feel like you are trivilalising what she just said and just adding more fuel to the fire.
Do you value her opinion? If you do, you wouldn't want to laugh- maybe later when there is no heat in the argument and you can both discuss it.

I would be extremely mad, of course, I would ask him what he thought was so funny, and depending on his answer, would ease my anger or make it worse. Usually, most people do this as a way to release the tension of the fight. I don't think he meant anything by it. Try doing it to him next time, see how he likes it.

It depends on what and why I'm angry. Most instances, he would just say sorry or make the situation better. But sometimes when I'm mad at something silly, he would make a silly comment and we end up laughing together.

Sounds like something new to try, just keep her away from sharp objects.
Of course they get more pissed, if you really want her to explode just hold her down and tickle her as well.
Oh what fun! (911 on speed dial)

It depends if I feel justified in my anger or if I can realize how stupid the whole thing is. What really gets me going is when he gives me a little smile and real loving eyes and tells me how cute I am. UGHHHHHH!!!!!. lol. Right now it seems funny to me but while it is happening I get real annoyed.

MY husband would KNOW better, but... I would prob. say something like,"Oh, you think it's FUNNY?!?!? You are being soooo disrespectful! Do I laugh when YOU are upset? HELL NO! I CAN NOT BELIEVE you are treating me like this!!!" If he still laughed I might be more like "F*** YOU A**H***! "
