It sounds like you may want to seek a therapist's opinion on your condition. The depression may be causing your decrease in hunger, overall energy.

I wouldn't worry about rumors going on around you. Put your focus toward feeling better, and getting healthy. Also, try laughing a little more. Pop in a funny movie or even Comedy central, something that gets you laughing. This will also lighten the load a little.

I've said this in past replies, but try hiking. A good long hike with a friend or family member really does help. Its good exercise and allows you to take your mind away from the things that bother you. Maybe research a nearby park or walking trail, hiking is a great stress reliever.

It might be a good time to schedule a physical. There could be a physical reason for your loss of appetite that has nothing to do with anorexia. You can also talk to your doctor about nutrition and what you should be eating. Perhaps you should focus on eating five or six small meals a day instead of three large ones.

Loss of appetite is also a sign of depression which there is help for. You could talk to a school counselor or again your physician could have resources that help. Finding a qualified person to talk to like your doctor or a school counselor can help you deal with depression and your loss of appetite. You aren't alone and there is help available.

Have you been diagnosed with anorexia? Don't jump to conclusions. That will make you just like the rest of those losers. If you are on meds for depression that might be reducing your appetite. Talk to your doc about alternatives. Being to underweight can cause a lot of health problems.Definitely speak to your doctor about what is going on and get a proper diagnosis.

Yes, see a therapist to get your depression treated. In the meantime, try to eat several small meals during the day, in order to not loose any more weight. Try chocolate now and then, it's an antidepressant as well as nourishing.

Your best bet is to seek proffessional help from both a councellor to help with your depression and also a doctor or nutritionist. If you are not hungry it could signal a deeper problem such as intestinal parasites or illness. Good luck.

it is not normal not to feel hungry....
but maybe you dont like the food you see... you are normal.. but try to choose more the think you like , go shopping for fruits or vegs and try to eat and see the best taste for you... try cooking yourself maybe it will encorage you more to eat.
and you know what you dont have to be thin to be nice it all comes from the inside
and if after all this you still feel bad, go and see a doctor for help and talk about it.. there is nothing to be shy about

You need to see your family doctor. There are meds to help depression. They might even need to refer you to a specialist. If you refuse to do that at least find someone trusting and understanding that you can talk to! You don't need to try and face these things alone.

The best help would be from a doctor. try to eat small meals. Your weight is important, if it gets too low you could die!
