Well I was in a relationship for 5 yrs with this one girl. We broke up about 2 yrs ago. Since then we tried to get back together a few months after the break up, but she didnt stick to the program. Since then Ive had a child by another woman, and she has already expressed to me that she can not deal with that. However my childs mother and I are no longer together. I want to work things out with my childs mother but her new "Friend" is in my way. He is a "player" (takes one to know one) and he caught her while we were going thru our rough times. My daughters mother still wants to be with me, I think she just wants to gamble on this guy. I still have feelings for my ex but not like I used to. Its just so ironic that she broke up with her boyfriend when I broke up with my childs mom. Its even more ironic that we ran into each other. Should I keep trying with my childs mom (Waiting for her 2 make up her mind) or try to get to know my ex again?

i think you should try to work things out with your daughters mom. you and the ex are probably only attracted to each other right now because your alone and its probably been a while since you've done anything with each other so it would kind of be like something new but its not scary because you two have been together before you two are probably just lonely and maybe your baby's mom is just trying to make you jealous with the player guy. and you two probably really love each other you have a child together she's half you and half her how could you not love someone you have a child with. besides I'm pregnant and i know i would try anything to stay with my boyfriend if we were breaking up because I'm always going to love him and we will have a child together

do everything in your power to get back with your child's mother. not only is it awesome that you could still love her, but that would be the absolute best thing for your sweetheart baby.even if you have to wait out this player business and sit by while he screws things up... if you know he's a player you know he wont' stick around long. wait for her on the other side..

good luck and god bless

WELL PERSONALLY IF IT DIDN'T WORK OUT THE FIRST TIME WHY ARE YOU CERTAIN THAT IT WILL THIS TIME? SOME PEOPLE CHANGE, AND SOME PEOPLE DON'T. I WOULDN'T GO BACKWARDS ONLY FORWARD CAUSE IT'S A POSSIBILITY THAT YOU ARE WAISTING YOUR TIME ON THEM BOTH. I WOULD JUST TAKE CARE OF MY CHILD AND TRY TO SOCIALIZE MORE WITH OTHER PEOPLE, BUT THAT'S WHAT I WOULD DO. IF YOU FEEL THINGS WOULD BE BETTER WITH HER THEN HEY EVERY BODY TAKES CHANCES ON LOVE. GOOD LUCK ANYWAYS.!!

Move on. Keep in touch with your childs momto pay child support and stuff, but then dont go back to her.

Why do you need either of them? You can do so much better than either of them. Just go out with some frickin' other girls.
