Hmm? Why would you want to report it?
Call your local police station and they will get you in touch with the animal department.
If it's in the road, call the dot.
Good luck!

Good question. You do not to report when you only see 1 dead bird, since birds die too, but when you see about 3 to 15 dead birds in the same place, report to the police ofr the local vet.

If there is any metal band on its leg, you should report it to your local Natural Resources police, or log onto the US Fish and Wildlife service website. If it is just dead, it's not really a big concern unless you have West Nile or Bird Flu in the area. If that is your worry, contact the animal control in your area.

You don't state your location, so how can anybody offer you specific help? What state, county, city/town?
If you live within the boundaries of New York City, you can dial 311 and report it. NYC has a special unit that will pick up the bird and analyze it for infectious disease that can be transmitted to humans.

A bird dead in your yard or something like that? Call your area's animal control. They'll come take care of it and do testings on it to be sure there's nothing "bad" in your area.
