Like, if he was handsome, but he had a really big nose, would he get it fixed; And if he then looked totally hot, would that be an unfair temptation to chicks?

Some of you are saying, he was 'perfect'; presumably this includes physically perfect. Was he NECESSARILY perfect? Doesn't that seem kind of vain (on God's part) - Why couldn't he be flawed? And if he was flawed, why wouldn't he perfect himself? If it would be shallow to have surgery, wouldn't it be shallow of God to make him perfect in the first place?

The view from history would be "yes." Many of the historical Jesus' teachings were related to reforming the practice of Judaism to be more assimilationist with the predominent Roman/Hellenistic culture in the region during the period of his life.

Since he was interesting in reforming practice to "fit in," he might also be interested in reforming his looks to "fit in," as well.

No he wouldn't. God gives us our bodies for a reason. Some people have large noses, some have small breasts. I think Jesus would realize that his features were created by God and are perfect in His eyes and have no reason to want to change them.

if jesus was on earth today he would be a atheist or a pantheist since he told people he didnt want to be worshipped or even followed. it seems that some people assume that jesus really was the son of god and if thats the case then which god is he the son of? but i dont think jesus would do any thing to himself to alter his appearance anymore than i would

Most christians view him as a perfect being so no surgery cosmetic or otherwise would be necessary.

No.

Christ was not an attractive man (Isaiah 53:2). And, since he was perfect, he was not vain.

I don't think he would be into that. His looks were probably the last thing on his mind.
