Women have the capability to play football.. with the appropriate conditioning, they are as capable as men in the sport.
I know one woman personally who played high school football with an otherwise boys team. I know of another who did the same.
Their experiences were wonderful, with no more injuries than the boys. I honestly believe it is a great decision for those who are able to take the hits, and enjoy the self-esteem of playing a team sport.
