Am I just dreaming? I am just an ordinary person, simple life.. But I'm really serious of the artist, she's funny and popular in their country. To make the event worst, She's a Korean and I'm a Chinese.
So I need to study Korean language which I strongly serious about.

Do you know how she feels about you? If you're in love with each other, you should do what it takes to make it work. Study her language...maybe she can study yours as well. If she's not interested, its not worth the effort to chase her. You'll only end up with a broken heart.
