Known this really cute guy 4 ages now,only just reacently started seein him in a different light. He wrks in a shop nxt 2 me so i see him all the time.. Hes always out side round the back having a break n popin round to the place i work 2 make a drink.. I wrk in restrant so this isnt usual. So then,need tips on giving hints that am intrested,dont want 2 look 2 keen or desprate or somthing.. help....

Well I guess the first step is to strike up a convo. Go in his shop and ask for advice/helping on picking out something. I dont know what kind of shop it is but you can always say its for your brother if it is a male shop or something for yourself so you can show him a different side of you, that you like the things in the shop too. When he is taking a break, try to take one too and say hi, how is your day going. Or if he goes to make a drink, offer to make it for him. You gotta talk to him first.

You should flirt...being flirty never hurt anyone.Then when you get his attention start flirting some more.And by not looking so desperate play hard to get but let him know you're interested.
P.s make sure you look better the perfect when you do this.
