Yes, you can, because if you are used to the air conditioning, the humidity will cause a drainage problem inyour sinuses. Unless you live in a very dry climate, I wouldn't open the window at noght in the wsummer. Garnet

Yes - if you're allergic to Pollens & there's a Pollen Source right outside you're window.
