I've been away from home for 9months now and I'm wondering if my cutie jack russel will still recognize me when I get home?

Your pup will have no troubles recognizing you. When you go home he/she will remember your scent, but also more than sight, she'll know you by your voice. When you get home, talk to her in a friendly tone and love all over her.. No worries about her forgetting.. They never forget.
