I've been fat since i was a little girl..Now i lost weight for the first time in my life and i feel greaaaat...My only problem is my saggy skin i would like to make it look normal...Does anyone know how to correct what years of being fat had done to my body knowing that i can't have cosmetic surgery...AND im getting married soon and would like to look great for my husband. HELP

Did you lose the weight very quickly? Diet pills ect? The reason people who lose weight and have sagging skin is because they lost it too quickly and the elastin in the skin did not have a chance to react. Unfortunately, you lost all the weight(which I am against because I love big women!) and now all you can do is light weights with high reps. This will cause you to tone up.
