Does Paxil cause birth defects when taken by a man?

I know there are serious warnings out there for women taking Paxil during their first trimester and that it usually causes a hole in the heart ranging in severity and that this happens in like 1% of births but there is a casual link. I can't find information on if Paxil can affect sperm in anyway and if that could cause birth defects or developmental issues.

It did cause the surprise package I got three years ago.

It has a very very high rate of premature ejaculation, like 26 % of the men. Which is not just that you achieve early but you start leaking it during the act and don't know it...

Also my new son has a coloboma of the eye. That is where the colored part does not form correctly so his one pupil looks like an old fashioned key hole.

Whether this is from paxil or not it is hard to say...
