Menu Items with prices (prices are important- as a business person who orders for socials, luncheons, etc... i want to know what you serve and the per person cost)
Additional costs or offers (do you charge delivery, set-up, servers, bartenders, table linens, gratuity, etc.)
If you are just wanting a flyer - and not a menu or sampling of your menu - promote your specialty - maybe your great at catering for weddings, birthday parties... "Focus on your big day without worrying about a big mess" or "Put your focus on fun, let us do the food"
My best advice to you is to run a search on catering menu's and get some ideas. And, most importantly, make sure your flyer looks professional (quality paper, color ink).
