I have a Gateway laptop computer that came with this program called BigFix. It says it runs in the background to detect any conflicts or errors on your computer and suggest ways to fix them. I don't know anything about it or if it's worthwhile to try to use it. It came pre-installed on my computer. I'm already having problems with Windows freezing, so I thought that might help, but it's confusing.

BigFix can automatically download and read technical support information provided by computer and software manufacturers and other technical support experts (published in the form of Fixlet Messages) and can check your computer for bugs, configuration conflicts, and security holes.
