A copper-T IUD (ParaGard). Your OB puts it in at a regular office visit, and that's it...you do nothing. It's good for 10 years. The copper ones are non-hormonal, so it won't wreak havoc on your body. They do recommend that you check to make sure the string is there, but that's only once a month. It couldn't be easier if you ask me.

Abstinence. I got pregnant the first time on the pill and using condoms. I never missed a pill and took it at the exact same time everyday. I also got pregnant on the depo shot. After I did, it turns out many of my friends with children had been on depo when they conceived. If you don't want children or are not ready for the responsibilities, don't have sex! It's best saved for marriage anyway.

The pill, you just take it every day. I think the new patch and other hormonal contraceptives are either unsafe and not fully tested yet, so the pill is probablly the safest and easiest.

IUD. Your doc puts it in, and you don't have to worry about it for 5 years. Can't get much easier than that!
