These are mortal sins that take someone potentially truly evil to commit and although forgivable if one were to commit such a sin it's not likely they would ask for forgiveness

God said there are six things that he hates, yea 7 are an abomination. You can be forgiven for these, but you must ask for forgiveness. You must first repent and want to be forgiven, then turn from these things that God hates.
Proverbs 6:16 These six things doth the Lord hate, yea, seven are an abomination unto him.
17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood.
18 A heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief.
19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.

Others have told you the actual sins involved, so I won't answer for that. But to explain further exactly what they mean by "deadly": You can consider them as viruses, in that once you get one in you, it will spread and kill, literally the sin will be the cause of your death.
These "viruses" are extremely hard to get rid of. Ask anyone who has ever had anger issues, and you'll see they fight it forever. These sins/viruses cause physical harm to your person. A person who is lazy does not work their body enough and becomes fat. A person who lusts can get all sorts of diseases. A person who is angry all the time has a high chance of suffering a heart attack.
God totally dislikes these 7 sins. And now you can see why :)

Wrath, Lust, Gluttony, Envy, Greed, Sloth, Pride.
7 things that destroy your soul.
The first three are the easiest to see, but the one with the biggest downfall and the most takers is Pride. Pride often disguises itself as self-esteem, independence, or maturity. Thinking you are deserving of everything and better than everyone would birth all other deadly sins.
The counter to these are the 7 virtues.

The 7 Deadly Sins are the brain-child of shrewd judgment -- the divine chagrin strictly cheapening "sexual healing". The 7 Deadly Sins were for magnifying the one-sidedly civil Marx enactment -- now deserving of swine fever. The glamorously malevolent & womanish dames (who were also blissfully sex-starved theatrical agents) made the 7 Deadly Sins.

I am not religious, but I have to agree, they can be deadly if you do them. you not only kill yourself physically, but you also detriment your well-being state of mind. (Ex: Gluttony, the most common explanation is over-indulgence, commonly seen with eating, you become overweight, and unhealthy, in turn, hurting yourself physically-stress on the body/ health problems, and lower self-esteem. Envy- jealous of one's possesions/ looks, you wanting what they have- mentally you become obsessive in wanting an physically you do what you can to have what they have and in turn.....exhaustion.)
1. Superbia - Pride
2. Invidia -Envy
3. Ira -Anger
4. Avaritia -Avarice
5. Tristia- Sadness (a.k.a sloth)
6. Gula -Gluttony
7. Luxuria- Lust
