You may have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. If your MD suspects this, an NCV (Nerve Conduction Test) may be ordered.

Must be bad circulation, if you sleep with your arms under your body, or you sleep on your side with all the weight of your chest over your arms, that happens. Try changing positions during your sleep, and sleeping facing up is the best way to prevent getting the tangling in your arms.

Got stress? When do you have this, only when waking up? When does it get worse? Does excersise help or make it worse?

Form the top of my head:
1)Find a good chiropractor. Could be a neckproblem.
2)Also get your fluids up. Drink lots of water, if that helps you know you should drink more.
3) If excersise help... Getting the blood pumping in the morning is always a good idea.

It's bad circulation and it can be caused by many things. It used to happen to me too and would take hours to go away in the morning.

Could be just bad circulation, type 2 diabetes or other ailments. GO SEE A DOCTOR IF IT HAPPENS REGULARLY.

Good luck
