Are there any Watchtower publications that explained why they are God's prophet? Thank you for your response.

Sincire bible students recognize that WHENEVER the Almighty executes judgment upon a people, He ALWAYS sends a prophet first to perform a warning work. For example, 2 Peter 2:5 shows that Noah did not just build an ark, but preached what was needed to survive that global flood (2 Peter 2:5 "Noah, a preacher of righteousness").

So, in that limited sense, Jehovah's Witnesses as an organization are performing a prophet's work of warning mankind how they may survive Armageddon. Around the world, humanity recognizes that Jehovah's Witnesses are the ones most prominently fulfilling Christ's assignment to preach:

(Matthew 28:19) Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations

Incidentally, Jehovah's Witnesses do *NOT* teach that they or their publications are infallible or inspired by God. The only direction humans currently have which is infallible is the Holy Scriptures.

I have been one of Jehovah's Witnesses for over 20 years now and the claims of Calvin of China are lies, I have never seen any Witness collect money from people nor have I collected money from householders ever!shame on you you are posting lies I think it would be a good idea if you got your facts straight, there are many lies being told about witnesses and you are adding to those lies! The Watchtower does not explain why witnesses are God's Prophet that's because we do not claim that at all. I don't know where you got your information from, but your information is incorrect!

I don't think they claim to be a prophet per se. They do claim some sort of spiritual authority to interpret, so that if you have doubts, you're supposed to pray and wait for the official teaching to be clarified (and it may end up being changed - they do not claim to be infallible, and this has in fact happened many times over the years). In the meantime, though, you are supposed to preach the official teaching of the church.

With them, there is a problem with the way they do business. They believe they should go around and collect money from people of other religions. Then they turn around and assassinate the other religions with mixed up rhetoric and cult type lies and propaganda.
They aspire to the scripture of, " It is as easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle.than it is for a rich man into get to heaven." They have documents that give them directions as to how to collect money from the other religions and even rich people. The directions will lead them to going to the people's homes around meal time; that way the people give them money to get rid of them.
It is easy to spot them. There will be black women with a single little white child and white women with a single little black girl. According to their collection directions, the white Christians will feel sad and just fork over money.
Before giving them money, ask yourself why don't those people follow their own teachings and use the tenth of their own money for their religious missions?

i think they have a very peaceful religiion, and are very nice people also, but dont like the idea of them coming knocking on my door preaching, but i have to say if we say we are not interested they go away peacefully. Islam is the one to WATCH, as they only think of themselves and try to instill that their God is better than ours, God Is God
