Whatever you do you should handle it calmly and spare his feelings. Because right now like you said he hasn't gone too far but yes if you fear it will go beyond what you want it to be then is best to resolve it quickly. handle this face to face and be strong about it. Tell him that you feel that your friendship with him seems a little too personal and it makes you feel bad and you do not want to feel bad at all. That you cherish the friendship but it will never be anything but a friendship. If he can not understand or accept it then I suggest you end it completely.

Start talking to him like he is your dad. Ask him fatherly advice. Try making him feel old and show him that he looks like a father image etc to you.
If that won't work, do you have a younger male friend you could bring around when he is around to show that you like to be around younger guys etc.
If you do not want a friendship with this guy, then just tell him he creeps you out and be done with it.

Let him know that u r his daughters age and that u look towards him as an elderly figure for mature advice etc.
May be u can meet him next time with one of your age group boyfriends
or may be avoid meeting him alone

Most you be his friend. Why not look elsewhere for another who you appreciate. If you dont want him, stay away from him, he is not forcing you, so stay away, or you are getting something that do need his friendship? Tell yourself the truth. from every indications, he wants you and if you dont leave him be4 he finds the chance to say excalty his mind.

Plain and simple, leave the situation completely. Ignore him, his phones calls, visits and any attempts to contact you or be with you.
