No they are acting as a world police but it is not good for the world as well as USA because every country has an ideas,desires and laws .

For from it, at this point it is so bad the police can barely do thier job because of all the protection of the suspects rights giving the victim almost no rights

Examples......
A "National I.D. Card" because illegal immigration.
My mother in law gets searched at the airport, why?? She has too much metal in her new hips and shoulders and sets off the alarm.

no!!! theuy become a bully state, they come to the philippines and brand us a terrorist country but in reality its very peaceful, its just a few places in the phil that have conflicts
