I believe in such, but it will not be a secret.
"For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first"

Um interesting answers...Think those that support any type of rapture have not looked into the true identity of their Jesus, and the need if any.... for a saviour. The Oahspe, which I consider the real Bible was sent from the angels in the highest heavens in 1844, It says there are no saviours, and we work with our own spirits to gain our worth in the graded heavens.
We must make our spirits
totally of service to others
not eat any flesh (meat or fish)
And worship just the creator one great spirit
After the earth has been renewed by the red star (planet of the passing or planet X) and all the earth changes have passed and the earth settled down again, the 1000 year reign of revelations starts in 2095, when earth is made into a totally service to other only planet.
So good, no more warrior religions, governments, high banking just community living as in fact the way the true family man Jesus lived when he was on earth.along with his disciples

Yes, there will be a rapture event, but the timing of the event will not happen till after the tribulation. Jesus said in Mathew 24, "IMMEDIATLY AFTER the tribulation of those days, the sun will be darkened and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man comming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. AND HE WILL SEND HIS ANGELS WITH A GREAT SOUND OF A TRUMPET, AND THEY WILL GATHER TOGETHER HIS ELECT FROM THE FOUR WINDS, from one end of heaven to the other." This was Jesus describing the rapture that will occur, but not untill after the great tribulation.
Tim Lahaye and co have got a lot to answer for in the false doctrine that they have been sowing, teling people that they wont see the tribulation, also saying that the Holy Spirit will depart also at this time and if this was the case, then how are all those people going through the tribulation meant to be saved? We will all see the tribulation, and it cant come soon enough for me because i know whats waiting for me a the other end of it- the kingdom of God.

Here check this out
The Rapture is an event in certain systems of Christian eschatology (the study of the end times) whereby it is believed that all Christians will be taken from Earth by Jesus Christ into Heaven. Although almost all forms of Christianity believe that those who are "saved" will enter Heaven, the term "rapture" is usually applied specifically to the belief that Christians will be taken into heaven prior to the Second Coming of Christ, and there will be a period of time where non-Christians will still be left on earth before Christ arrives to set up his earthly kingdom,
and no I don't believe this rubbish again this is just something that has been made up to keep mankind in order, and to scare them in to following a religion that is made up and not of God's word.
Love & Peace

First off Rapture is not in the Holy Bible, but it stand for " taking up with Christ"
Some beleive that on the second coming of Jesus Christ he will Take us up in the Rapture and then the great Tribulations of the world will happen
Some believe that all Christian are going to go through the Tribulations and then Jesus will come and take us for Judgement day..
I want to leave this for you before you decided which one will happen..
1 the dead in Christ will rise
then the live in Christ will rise
On the second coming of Jesus Christ..
I am hoping for the first one, but feel more like we all are going to have to Suffer for Christ sake at the end...
We can only hope that we get the rapture before the earth get the wrath of God.

No, I don't think so - I believe that to be a fantastic idea, but only fantasy. I thought according to the bible judgment was to occur after death at the pearly gates. Rapture is premature judgment, before somebody has had a chance to fulfill their life fully I think. Rapture could be thought of though as a senseless death - someone taken before their time.
By the way, there's this old song by Blondie called 'Rapture' - good tune!

It is not biblaclly supported and seems too be something which came in reasnobly recently and i think it was the prostetant faith which introduced it.
"Although the doctrine of the Resurrection of the dead — as said to be taught by Jesus — was common to all Christians and part of the Nicene Creed, little attention was paid to the area of eschatology later known as 'Rapture' until the Protestant Reformation, aside from this ancient reference; thus the Christian denominations that have beliefs concerning a rapture are mostly those that appeared after the Reformation."
Currently i dont beleive but god may still reveal it to me.

The "Mass Rapture" you hear about in some churches is not Biblically supported.
Christ even told John that John would still be on the Earth when he returned.
I see it like this. Christ returns for us all at our deaths. We are then "caught up" into Heaven with him.
It is a personal rapture, not a public one.

The word rapture is a transliteration of the Greek word "raptuo" used in Thessalonians and it means "caught up". It is clearly taught int he Bible that Christ will return for His church and they will be "caught up to be with Him in the air and thus shall they always be with the Lord." This is the event in the Bible that Jesus taught that no man knows the day or the hour of His coming. I Corinthians 15 tells us more details about it, including the fact that it will happen in the "twinkling of and eye". It is the blessed hope of the Christian and all Christians are waithing for it to happen.

Yes, I don't know much about it and its beter for you to read it by yourself in the Bible. What i do know is that the ones who REALLY believe in Him will be taken away from the earth to the heavens, they'll just dissapear. The people that will be left will have a terrible life. fire will come out of the sky like rain. People will hide in caves etc. Only 1/4 of the world's supplies (like water, oxygen, animals etc.) will be left. Everything will go wrong. But before all this happens, the anti christ will be hear and almost everybody will love him. Like i said, read a Bible.
