I don't look down on Islam or on the Prophet Muhammad, but I am a little confused by your question.
It has always been my belief that the God of the Bible is the same as Allah, just called by a different name, and that the holy books (both the Bible and the Koran) are books the were revealed to His prophets at different times and in different places. Is this not the case? I have been told by Muslims that Moses, of the Old Testament, and Jesus, of the New Testament are also considered prophets in Islam. If this is true, how can there be more than one true God? Isn't He the same Divine Being, just called by different names?

Actually, the Quran is really quite a small book, when it is printed in something other than large print, with wide margins and frillaround the text.
I think I could write a book which would be better than the Qur'an
with far less ambiguous verses, nor verses which are open to interpretation in numerous different ways. In addition, in my book,I would not have to copy many of the practices of Judaism as Islam does, nor borrow people and stories from the Bible.
You have issued this challenge to individuals but you seem to forget that the Quran was NOT written by an individual but by a GROUP of Mohammed's friends.
Finally, I would not have to deny Allah in my book, because I believe that he is the same God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and of Christians, just with a new name and worshipped in a very indivdual way.

How can they meet a challenge that they don't even realize how great it is? All the unbelievers at the time of Mohammad PBUH who were the masters of the Arabic language loved to produce that small chapter like the Quran so they meet the challenge and prove slam was false, but they failed. Arabs of today and of course non Arabs will never be able to meet this challenge as their linguistic capabilities are much inferior to the ancient Arabs. The miracles of the Quran are fresh and always change with time, today as scientific advances are the title of this era, the Quran show its miracles in these scientific aspects. Please some body tells me how to explain the presence of such very advanced scientific information in the holy Quran as the Altitude disease (chapter 6:125) and the fact that earth is a globe that rotates and hence day and night alternate (chapter 39:5) and many other scientific miracles as in embryology, cosmology, chemistry, etc...

To all of you who are ignorant in your answers, I would say just learn the Qur'an (read it with someone who can explain precise meanings to you) and the Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) life. It will truly startle you. Do you know why so many people convert to Islam every day? Because they challenge it and want to learn more. Instead of reading the nonsense online and the quotes from the Qu'ran from anti-Islamic websites, actually learn it. America (and the West in general) has such an affinity to take parts of things and induce the whole. Example: Terrorism = Jihad = Islam. How about we actually become intellectual and start thinking instead of just assuming. I've witnessed it myself, being a recent revert to Islam. And many many many people have. In fact, most people learn arabic to learn to refute the Qu'ran but instead end up converting (or reverting). This is why there are no intellectual debates about the Qur'an, only ignorant statements and incoherent quotes with no context. Learn with an open, clear mind, don't just assume. As for this challenge, if any of you knew the wonders that the poetic language in the Qur'an illustrate, I guarantee you would think twice before making ignorant statements. And I'm not a born Muslim in the Middle East; I've lived in England and Florida my whole life, being Hindu for most of it.

Do you honestly believe that there is more than one God who will treat the same all the people in the end regardless of their religion, because there is a lot of humans who have never even heard of God.
Now, why do you want everyone to believe in your teachings? What would you think if all the Christians told you what they really think of your prophet who was married 9 times, and was killing people if they did not take on his religion. Jesus paid the ultimate price for his believes. Did not walk around with soldiers, but poor.
Look into history of Turkey, how many people did they kill during 500 years occupation of Balkan in Europe. That is why I think that many teachings of Mohammad, and all of you people who support those are plain wrong.

Unnecessary, if all Muslims would read the Bible with an open mind without prejudice they will understand that there already something better, that God love them, that Jesus also died for the forgiveness of their sins, that Jesus is the only way to Allah, Jesus love the children of Ishmael as well the children of Isac. Salvation is not only for the Jews, salvation is also for the Muslims.

They might believe as you say that they do (Many such books have been written) but if they convert then they get murdered. It makes sense though. If Muslims didn't murder people or torture them for dressing different then people might be free to flee the terrable religion and go elsewhere.
Oh wait, Islam is a religion of Peace. I seem to have forgotten. That's ok, Mohammed killed enough people in his day, so blood shed doesn't make a religion non peaceful.

Howcum in the Koran, if there is only Allah, does the narrator say WE created man, earth etc.?
002.001 Alif. Lam. Mim.
002.002 This is the Scripture whereof there is no doubt, a guidance unto those who ward off (evil).
002.003 Who believe in the Unseen, and establish worship, and spend of that We have bestowed upon them;
