This are the easiest and most delicious brownies that I have ever eaten. They are so moist and super quick and easy to make. For best results, use a Dutch processed cocoa. For less cake-like brownies, use all-purpose flour instead of self rising. "
Original recipe yield: 12 brownies.

Prep Time:

Cook Time:

Ready In:
30 Minutes
Servings:

INGREDIENTS:

* 1/2 cup butter, melted
* 1 cup white sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1/2 cup self-rising flour
* 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8x8 or 9x9 inch baking pan.

Jelly and Custard or ice cream! A must have at British childrens Birthday parties along with sandwiches, cocktail sausages on sticks and cheese (cheddar) on sticks too! Crisps and sweets must be on hand too as well as Brthday cake!

Good one Sharky, Rice Krispie Cakes! Kids love eating these (and adults too lol!) and making them too. The vegetable dipping sticks sound like a good healthy but colourful addition too.

My kids have always enjoyed the finger sandwiches - make a few bologna sandwiches and use cookie cutters to make shapes out of them - not only do they like eating them - but fun for them to help make also :D
