God bless you. It is rare that people on this site put their faith into one sentence. Live long, and prosper.

Yes indeed I have heard this and even read it in the Christian New Testament. But yet it still dose not make it fact. I have read simular things happening to the deity's / Gods of otheir religions for example the Norse and Greek Gods. Lets not forget the Egyption Gods.

Hi - With all due respect this does not make sense to me.

You say that Jesus (MPUH) died for your sins.

The next day he rises up?

What sense do you see in this - was he not perhaps alive after being taken from the cross - therefore it would be logical that he he "arose" the next day.

I think if God intended for Jesus it to be "dying for the sins of humanity" - dont you think that the period of "deadness" would have been longer - for people to really believe in this event and place their faith in this event?

As Muslims we believe that Jesus(MPBUH) was indeed one of the revered Messengers of GOD; that he INDEED DID NOT DIE ON THE CROSS (God says so in the scripture (Quran) AND THAT HE ASCENDED UP INTO THE HEAVENS, from where HE will return to earth to confirm God's word.
