Jaeger Schnitzel!
A piece of boneless pork or chicken, beaten to death until tender, batter fried, topped with spicy mushroom sauce :)

You also have Doener Kebab, the Turkish version of Taco Bell for when you leave the pub at 4 am. Roasted lamb, garlic sauce...yummy.

I went to Koblenz last year to attend wine school. Here are some of the things that I enjoyed:

Saumagen and sauer kraut (pigs stomach sausage and sauer kraut)

Schnitzel a la Holsteiner (Wiener schnitzel garnished with fried egg)

Spatzel ( a boiled noodle, sauteed in butter)

Blood sausage, Venison sausage, veal sausage, boiled vegetables

When all the german food gets old,
there are the place to get Doenner kebabs, as mentioned above, as well as Pizza (there is a pizza hut in Koblenz), burger king, McDonalds, American style cafes, and plenty of other restaurants which cater to many tastes!

Don't be afraid to try something new!

I was in munchen, you can have a beer and eat sausages, go to the Englisher Garten they have traditional food, usually is beer with pretzels (big ones) and food. I really liked the knodeln wich are balls made from potato, they serve it with meat and sauce! I had that in Koln too.
