the sensation area in about 4 cms in women so 15 cms or less ofcourse is more than enough plus its not only about size love and intimacy is important too

not a chance, are you sure that is less than 15cm.
if you could get someone dawn then I dint think that will be problem for her. But spend at least 1h making love to her. Kiss and Touch her has as much as you can. Don't undress her in 1 min, do it in 15 to 20 min and during that time kiss her on skin and let her know how sexy she is.
