To make them easier to peel put them in ice water for anything more than 3 minutes. The cold makes the egg itself shrink away from the shell.

The fresher the eggs, the harder they are to peel. If you buy eggs and leave them in the fridge for at least a week before hard-boiling them, you will find that the white part of the egg separates from the shell much more easily.

It's not that hard. What you have to do is to soak the boiled eggs for a few minutes. Actually, 30 secs to a minute is okay. Then, it'd be a lot easier to peel the eggs.... =P
