Use a good air purifier with a hepa filter, good filters for your central air unit, and remove all carpeting from your house since carpet is the worst to trap dust and allergens.

Everyone needs protection from indoor air pollution, not just kids.
Get an ionizing air filter. They come in umpteen different sizes, and powers. Get one to fit your room size or you are wasting your money.

u can use air filters or try to keep as many plants near windows or on balconys remember PLANTS lessen air pollution
