Almost all 5 star hotels have a 24 hour coffee shop, in-case you do not want to make it expensive, you can go to the restaurant 'Balaji' at the domestic airport, it serves tea, coffee and snacks all round the clock. One more cheaper way is to drink from the coffe guys who carry hot coffe tins at almost all the traffic signals of mumbai. If you stay towards town you will get coffee outside Churchgate stations and also bread butter and jam. The international airport too has its canteen on the second floor
