Take a day off. Go to the movies, go window shopping, go to a zoo, a park, a museum. If you are not used to relaxing, too much at once can be an overload and you will find yourself so bored that nothing you do will satisfy you. Set time limits for relaxation, studying, work; that way you won't feel so guilty, because you will know what you will be doing next. Good luck!!!

Life is learning...have a life! (at least during holidays)This is what summer holidays are for. You know,...imagine stretching a rubber band with your fingers....if you don't stop at a certain point- it will snap and break. Taking a break is very essential...you should have been taught this. Our mind is like a muscle....it can work best after relaxing in between sets. Take a trip and enjoy it...
Well, it's just my opinion and just a suggestion.

You are perhaps the kind of person who wants to be busy but looks to someone else to let you know what you should be doing. Is there something you've been interested in but haven't had time for? I wouldn't take the whole summer off--I'd try and keep on top of the classes, it will offer you more in the end to do well in school that to blow your holiday watching tv. But it can also be learning to crochet, experiencing kareoke, scrapbooking your photos, volunteering at an animal shelter--YOU pick!

You are much used to the academic based activities so you find hard to break the way you are. See my friend, every step in our life is a learning curve and we should not restrict ourselves to the new experiences that knocks our door step instead, we should welcome them and accept them with an open mind. So, try to come out of your unworthy rules and try learning new things.
My best advise is to start meeting new people and try to build new relationships. The best way you can do is to get out of your house and take a trip to some good places around.

Take a break. It's dangerous if you feel guilty taking a vacation, and it's not likely to change as you move on to your career. Learn how to relax now and avoid having that first heart attack at age 35.
Go read a book or something, and by book, I don't mean a textbook. And please learn to relax; too much work isn't healthy.

take a break. Get fresh air or jog on the track and make sure you get alot of rest. You sound like you are tired. Do this for two weeks then start studying again. It works for me.

Take a break you deserve it. You don't want to get burnt out. Go hang out with friends and have fun. While having a good education is important there is life beyond school.

It's summer time! I too am on break, swim, go camping explore your surrounding instead of reading about them. Sometimes life experience helps the book work when you return to them seem clearer.

have a summer holiday, go to your folks for a couple of days and take your books with you to study there, you'll be more relaxed and you won't feel guilty because you haven't studied ;)

You deserve a break today, and not at mcdonalds.
work is good, but all work & no play, well you know what they
say. Just cool it for a bit and maybe that will encourage you as
to what you want to do next.
