I have only used Outlook Express on a couple different occasions, when setting it up for friends, so I am not completely familiar with it. Microsoft Outlook has more features. I use that daily. As well as an email client, it is a calendar, a sophisticated address system where you can separate your clients (or friends) into specific groups. I do monthly mailings, so it is a wonderful feature.

As far as instructions for setup, it is best to read the help menu, or take an online tutorial. Each individual has specific needs, and learning Outlook will help you customize it for yourself.
